I moved from Saratoga out to Denver in January and at the time of moving had my house listed with another agent. Months went by and the house sat vacant unable to be sold. Finally I hit my breaking point and reached out to a friend who had said they had a phenomenal agent. When I called Shannon she was very detailed in her description of the process, what she could do, and she was confident she would sell the house. 3 days later the house was relisted on the market. She even had her own company come in and stage the house for me. I was blown away by how much having a good realtor makes a difference. Suddenly I was getting texts letting me know that showings were happening several times a week, sometimes several times a day. Ultimately, about a month after the house was listed, I accepted an offer on my house for the full asking price. Huge relief. After 4 months of sitting on the house with my former agent, unable to even get showings, I was starting to think the only way to offload it and move on with my life in Denver was to drop the price considerably. Then I decided to switch realtors and give it another go. Couldn't be happier that I did. I even connected a good friend with her recently who saw how quickly Shannon was able to sell his house and decided he wanted to pull the trigger and upsize. As a first time home buyer, I wouldn’t want ANYONE but Wioleta working beside me. Not only is she responsive, but she takes the time to discuss and explain each step of the home buying process thoroughly. Colin was able to identify and show me a large number of homes on short notice, despite my lower-end budget and me only being in town for short periods. When looking for a home 6 years ago Shannon showed us homes for many weeks but never seemed to tire of us or the search, visiting some homes more than one time. Eventually, we settled on our dream home, and 6 years later when circumstances arose that required our family to relocate we went to Shannon and were more satisfied than we had been the first time we worked with her. I moved from Saratoga out to Denver in January and at the time of moving had my house listed with another agent. Months went by and the house sat vacant unable to be sold. Finally I hit my breaking point and reached out to a friend who had said they had a phenomenal agent. When I called Shannon she was very detailed in her description of the process, what she could do, and she was confident she would sell the house. 3 days later the house was relisted on the market. She even had her own company come in and stage the house for me. I was blown away by how much having a good realtor makes a difference. Suddenly I was getting texts letting me know that showings were happening several times a week, sometimes several times a day. Ultimately, about a month after the house was listed, I accepted an offer on my house for the full asking price. Huge relief. After 4 months of sitting on the house with my former agent, unable to even get showings, I was starting to think the only way to offload it and move on with my life in Denver was to drop the price considerably. Then I decided to switch realtors and give it another go. Couldn't be happier that I did. I even connected a good friend with her recently who saw how quickly Shannon was able to sell his house and decided he wanted to pull the trigger and upsize. The final piece of feedback I can offer is that - Shannon gets it done. After the house went on contract in Saratoga, I started to look at houses in Denver. A short while later I put an offer in and it was accepted under the condition that I could close in 15 days. To say I was stressed was and understatement because I needed the cash from my house to make the deal go through. When I told Shannon, she said "no problem, I'll make it happen".
